Should I change my channel name, or create a new channel?

When I started this adventure, Automated Income Lifestyle sounded like a great idea for a name.
It does more or less describe what I have done with my own online businesses, as well as using crypto bots to generate a livable income.
With Automated Income Lifestyle, I made a personal decision to only promote things that I have done myself and found success with, and to ignore all other things…. because why promote anything if I have never done it?
I’ve always found it less credible to just promote things as a concept ….“well, maybe this might work, it’s a free country!”
What am I trying to be anyway? A High Ticket Affiliate Marketer?

Still……I’ve found a many other cool ways to generate income along the way that aren’t really automated, that I have NOT done myself, but are so damn innovative and creative that it’s hard to not want to share them.
I had someone email me the other day saying that I had a lot of “unconventional income ideas”.
And that little sentence sparked an idea….
Unconventional Income has a nice ring to it.
It opens the door to more than just teaching software automations and crypto bots.
It opens the door to showing all the little weird ways I have learned along that way that are not quite automation related, but very innovative and creative ways to earn a living without having a “real job”.
Like the time I rented out my travel trailer with an easy online service and made the thing pay for itself and then some :
Or like when I chatted with Brandon the Boring Passive Income Dad who decided to take it the next level renting cars online :
Creating A $1,000,000 Car Rental Business Part 10

Or when my new friend at a secluded state park took a job as the park attendant in exchange for some pay and a rent-free lot for his fifth wheel.
That is how he travels during retirement. A new park every year, seeing some of the most beautiful spots in the USA and Canada.
He and his wife set up their own snack vending on site, and use a lockbox that is monitored via app, and he doesn’t even need to be there outside of a few hours during load in times. He just makes sure that maintenance gets done, and that any conflicts in booking get resolved.
They live a rather vacation retirement lifestyle without the burden of property taxes or house maintenance, and he has been bouncing around from park to park, setting up arrangements similar to this.
There are many ways to create income, and while some people might need to automate their own business, what about people who just want to create interesting streams of income that might free them from needing to work?
Should I widen my purview and open my primary channel to more creative income info?
Or should this channel stay a bit more niche where I am?
Leave a comment and let me know what you think!
…..Maybe I’ll do both.
I can always launch another website, and just run it in parallel and see how well it does.
Thanks to being grandfathered into a platform where I can always launch another without any cost and test it to see if it works.
Not going to do this officially until I see if I have enough content to make it worth it. It will be a little work for me managing two separate channels with video / blog content.
Which is why I am pondering a name change instead of running two channels.
With Automated Income Lifestyle, if I haven’t personally done it and found it to be useful, I don’t promote it.
With Unconventional Income, I’d be spreading out and sharing not just my own experience, but the experiences and stories of others.
There are so many different creative ways to make income, that I cannot possibly do them all.
But maybe I can connect my audience to other people to unique ways of earning that resonate with their own lifestyle desires?
Trading crypto isn’t for everyone.
Automation / integration for online business isn’t either — (though, if you happen to have an online business, oh man do I recommend it!)
Not everyone wants to create content for a living either.
I’m going to spend a little while compiling all the neat people and stories I have accumulated in my online income learning adventure, and see if I can find a unique way to present them in a creative format.
I’ve been wanting to experiment with a few things.
To the drawing board I go.

Thank you for reading!
Until next time….
Onward and Upward Everybody!
