I had an idea after my recent Beginner’s Guide to Crypto Bots story series started.
(That stories series is working, people naturally go from one story to the next, which seems to have increased my views and reads slightly last month!)
I will be making a PDF ebook out of this story series and it will be given away to subscribers to my mailing list on my AIL website.
It’s just the same series that is on Substack, but in ebook form.
My Plan:
Substack will become my platform to flesh out content ideas — to help me gather my thoughts and to assist in creating other media that I have been lazy with and …..less than structured.
I want to create more YouTube content, so I will use my stories as outline video scripts and will modify and make them more palatable for video.
Then I will add those videos back to my Substack stories at the end of the story and have as many stories as possible have embedded video versions at the bottom, which boosts my viewers time spent reading, and will also increase my stats on YouTube.
Include link to my Substack blog on every video, to encourage subscribing to Substack. Some people just prefer blogs!

My first project : Substack is helping me write another book.
In my other life, I manufacture tools to make cannabis cigars and I consult on the process of commercially scaling cannabis cigars.
It’s time for my “book in progress” to come to life and stop being in progress.
Several chapters are more or less complete and I want to release the book bit by bit here, modify it, edit it, make sure it flows well, and then compile it into a book to be sold on my website, Amazon, etc.
I am condensing my knowledge from years of consulting and collaborating and offering it all in a single book and eventually a YouTube video series, when my channel gets to that point and I can have members/paid content.
While I am not trying to end my cannagar consulting business, I am into building other income streams now, so less consulting won’t hurt.
