Bitcoin decided to jump down below 70k today and then bounce back up to 72k, which maxed out my position and gave me another $100 or so post sell order.

I am keeping this bot open for a few more days and letting it ride.

I have a feeling we might fall back to 68k or lower again, so I am monitoring a little more, but my current range should be good even if we dip back to 68k.

That would max out my position again, then grab another $120 or so when it bounces up to hit that sell at around $71,500.

Sniffing the News and Buzz

I am also reading more speculation about the market correcting and dampening for a few months until after the halving.

There is some historical precedent there.

Price increases corresponding to halving were not always immediate.

Sometimes it took a few months to see an almost inevitable doubling remaining stable, and we have just increased a fair amount prior to the halving occuring due to other factors.

I’ll be watching the market, but likely keeping a wider spread going for now.
