Faceless Automated YouTube Channels, Progress Update.
Three video channels created and fully automated, two more to go.
Three video channels created and fully automated, two more to go.
Progress Report:
I have created 4 automated video series so far, each publishing to both TikTok, and YouTube, simultaneously.
In order to accomplish this, moving away from the first solution that I was using — AutoShorts.ai —was needed. It would be cost prohibitive to test the amount of channels I want to test.
In order to nail this, I want to parallel test multiple concepts and reduce only to the channel that can grow fast.
I found VidWiz.
VidWiz AI - Automated Video Creation with AI
VidWiz AI: Grow your audience with engaging videos on autopilot using artificial intelligence. Streamline your video…www.vidwiz.ai
VidWiz is a solution that allows me to publish up to 5 video series, publishing daily, up to 5 times, and each publishing to YouTube and TikTok at the same time, for the price that most charge for 1 series.
The stories generated and the voiceovers really aren’t bad at all, they are quite good.
My first TikTok channel seems to be growing faster than it’s YouTube parallel.
Here is a peek at the TikTok channel:

A little peeky-peek at YouTube:

Rebranding my first channel was a necessity.
My original brand the Whataburglar didn’t fit a horror story channel.
It was just a silly spur of the moment name I made to create a channel and get started. Sometimes that happens.
I decided to ask an AI tool for YouTube videos to give me virality scores for my channel name instead.
Straico
Your AI Super Powersplatform.straico.com
A little prompt magic led to a solid list of 50 name options.
I selected Fright Club, which had a score of 88.
Done and Done.
Uncle Vlad’s Motivational Yard Decor
My second channel concept was created and deleted in the span of a month. It was getting NO traction at all.
Which is unfortunately, because I kind of liked it myself.
I suppose the algorithm, or the viewers did not.
I specifically stated that all the content was absurd deadpan dark humor, but that apparently wasn’t enough.
I got flagged on TikTok a few times. Community Guidelines Violations.
What was so bad about this channel?
Video AI Prompt :
Each episode is a motivational statement or perspective of a serial killer, tyrant, warlord, pick any person from true history, or true crime, spoken as if it was in their own words, first person. Use puns based on the infamous actions of that person.
This channel was to be deliberately ridiculous and it’s use of puns I had assumed would make clear; all was for absurdity and laughs, not a serious motivational channel.
It cranked out a few bangers like How to Make a Good First Impression by Ted Bundy, or Trusting Your Instincts with Lizzie Borden.
5 subscribers in two weeks on YouTube, and 3 on TikTok.
Thus, these channels got the axe. Pun intended.
If my goal is monetization without struggle, this channel concept failed right out of the gate.
Time Traveling Space Midget
The third channel I am testing is named Time Traveling Space Midget, and it seems to be gaining the most followers on TikTok, with over 430 so far in only two weeks.

It’s Youtube counterpart is lagging far behind with only 51 subscribers.
This channel generates shorts about random science facts, sometimes history and archaeology, other special topics of curiosity.
Which leads me to the last channel which I have created very recently.
The Tarded Grade
So how did this channel happen?

Time Traveling Space Midget generated a video about tardigrades.
This videos received the most views of any videos so far, with almost 2000 views in a day.
So, naturally, needing to replace Uncle Vlad with something, I changed the name to The Tarded Grade, and I told the AI to make videos about Tardigrades.
Here’s the thing….
As cool as they are… there is really only so much you can say about them.
This channel is…. terribly repetitive.
I am just testing to see if I can get more views on a trending keyword by making many different videos about it.
My goal here is to rapid-fire test channels until I land on the ones that work. I don’t really care how stupid or repetitive they might be. I’ve seen some interesting and very repetitive channels that are clearly getting major subs and views.
At the end of the day, the goal is views.
Channels Growing SLOOOWLY.
As of now, looking at the rate at which my channels are growing, I will not be monetized any time soon on any of the channels, if ever. I will continue for another 2–4 months and see if any of these will pick up and take off.
I have since updated to posting 2 times daily on all channels, to get more views and subscribers, but unless something trips in the algorithm and I start getting 20k views average on each video, there is just no way I’ll ever reach that kind of viewership with these kinds of videos.
On YouTube we have to gain 3 million views in 90 days, and 500 subs.
One seems totally realistic, the other seems unattainable on these kinds of videos, unless maybe running ads can BUY the subs and views I need.
Seems like that might be risky. Investigating further before I commit to that route.
Action Plan
Next up, the goal is to find an AI video solution that makes animated videos, instead of slideshow style videos.
Another channel or two will be tested, this time with more engaging eye candy.
The hunt for the right solution begins today….
